I love finding ways to make things easy and I love saving money. With Dubsado, I get to do both. There are a lot of CRMs out there and I want to tell you why I’ve been a loyal user of Dubsado since I started my business. First, let me say, I didn’t decide to use Dubsado quickly, I did a lot of research before landing on a CRM and they have constantly validated my choice.

Not only is it filled with helpful entrepreneurs but the Dubsado team really shows up to answer your questions. Becca, the founder, is constantly answering questions in the group along with the Dubsado team.
You can connect Dubsado to your Google Calendar, Quickbooks account, Stripe, PayPal, Zapier, Square and more. These integrations really allow it to be the one-stop hub for all things customer management.
This is huge! As a service provider about half of my projects are based on hours worked so having a easy way to record and share time worked in the system where I invoice clients is so easy. All I have to do is apply the correct time tracker to my invoice, send and I’m done.
Emailing back and forth to schedule calls isn’t the best use of anyone’s time. When Dubsado added this feature I was able to cancel my existing scheduler and save money. I set up my availability and then can share via a link or embed on a page for easy booking.
I love the form creator on Dubsado. Not only can you store you create and edit custom forms of all kinds but you can send them directly. With Dubsado I can send professional looking documents in a trackable system.

This is a company that listens to its customers. I feel like at least once a month Dubsado emails me about some new feature they have released. People ask and they deliver. They also keep you updated on what they are working on.
