What to Do When Your Goals Aren’t Happening

Have you been working toward a big goal and it seems like nothing is happening? This can be extremely frustrating. Depending on the type of person you are, you may keep working through the despair or burn it all down. Sadly, neither of these is the best option.

When there is something you really want you don’t want to quit before you give it enough time to take shape and grow. You also don’t want to keep repeating the same actions that aren’t getting your results, the definition of insanity anyone?

In this episode, we dive into what to do when you aren’t seeing progress on your goals. It’s all about checking in on the details and making adjustments where necessary.

Listen Here:

In this episode:

  • Re-evaluate: Is goal broken or the plan to achieve it?
  • Is this a mindset issue? The right mindset is key for success that’s why you have to know what your mindset is when you have something big you want to achieve.
  • Where could I get support? You don’t have to go it alone. There are so many resources and people who can provide you the support you need to make things happen. Start asking for help and start seeing results.
  • Is it really not working or am I being impatient? Rome wasn’t built in a day. So it always stuns me how impatient we as humans can be.
